Compadre Brokers is a new brokerage and new brand in North San Diego County founded by a long time mortgage and real estate industry professional.

 Supported by a successful mortgage and factory built home sales operation, Compadre is making a serious real estate launch 2018. Much of the framework is in place and we are in the process of fine tuning digital marketing and transaction processes with finance integration.

Our systems and database background meshes well with today's digital marketing tools.  The detail ethic we have from the mortgage world translates to transaction management. A successful real estate brokerage needs both. So that's what we are doing.  And we're doing more, including factory built home sales (new and used) plus construction lending. Multi-family and small balance commercial are skills from our broker's history and will become part of our product group.
